Damien served 27 years on active duty, working in human resources, leadership, and problem-solving. He has also owned a barbershop and built RPC to help other owners make clearer decisions. He is the Founder and Chair of Knight's In Armor Nonprofit Organization.

Toni Knight
Toni served 23 years in the U.S. Navy in logistics, recruiting, and leadership. Toni is the Co-Founder and Vice Chair of Knight's In Armor Nonprofit Organization.
Together, Toni and Damien bring 50 years of combined military service to RPC.
